Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are hiring for Business Development Manager ( BDM) with experience of 2 - 3 years for our company Stark Edge , Location Mohali.
1) Co-ordinate with development and designing team as well as sales team to improve/create sales.
2) Responsible for proposal drafting & management.
3) Responsible for bidding as well as direct marketing.
4) Generate business through portals like Upwork, PPH, Guru,Freelancer Etc. or from Cold calling.
5) Develop proposals and respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs), by researching and writing standard and customized proposals.
6) Effective key account/portfolio management and client retention.
7) Identify target markets and prospective clients.
8) Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients on daily basis and identify IT services .
9) Provide customers with quotations.
10) Lead Conversion and Client negotiation as accordingly.
11) Coordinate with sales team.
Skills Required :
1) Comfortable in client Interaction on Skype Call & Chat.
2) Understanding the client requirements.
3) Excellent communication skills.
4) Team Management.
5) Able to work in night shift.
6) Only IT company working experience is required .
Location : Mohali
Salary : 20k to 35k
Shift :Night only
