Executive Operations - Gurgaon
Reservation and Room Allocation in Hotel Management Software
Lead, Train, Supervise and manage team of Housekeepers, F&B Production, Security
Vendor Management for local purchases (Grocery, Consumables)
Billing, Accounting and Cash/ Credit Card Collection via EDC Machine
Guest Greeting, Servicing and Interaction throughout the stay
Soliciting positive & encouraging feedback on Online Portals as well as Offline
Maintain Checklists of Operations and Maintenance of the property
Manage Reception for any Guest Requirements
Oversees the daily service operations for hotel rooms and the execution of contracts, deposits, and billing.
Greet, check in and settle guests while ensuring all service standards are followed
Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
Schedule shifts for the team, manage leaves and assign duty and responsibility. and ensuring it remains within permissible limits.
Ability to communicate clearly in English and Hindi Evaluating the performance of operations staff, Overseeing staff levels and schedules. Understanding hotel procedures and policies Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Highly developed interpersonal and people management skills, including ability to interact with and influence people at all levels. Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently Mandatory – Candidate should have handled hotel operation / front office / check form vendors Knowledge on Hotel Software Industry Preference: Hotel Industry Relevant Experience: 1-2 years Job location: Delhi Working Days 6 days Reporting to Manager Department Operations Education Full Time HM - Degree/ Diploma
