We have recently added Indian IT Recruitment process, thus we are looking for an Experienced Business Development Manager who is ready to work on Success Basis to grow up our Business. This is a varied role which would suit someone who is proactive, ambitious and has a strong recruitment experience within IT sector.
- The primary focus of this Business Development Manager is, as you guessed, to prospect new clients by networking, cold calling or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- You must develop a strong rapport with new clients, achieve targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship.
- You are also required to grow new accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
- Strategic planning is a key part of this role, as it is the Business Development Manager's responsibility to develop a strong pipeline of new business.
- Driven, self-motivated, with a desire to win business, increase revenues & profits and grow your own team.
- Working to tight deadlines with consistent quality output
- Simply to grow our business as fast as possible
- Identify opportunities, planning and executing business development plans.
- Identify potential client decision makers within the client organization
- Cold call as appropriate to build a pipeline of prospects.
- Generate briefing sessions and client meetings by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
- Listen to client's requirements and ensure that expectations are met* Achieve sales targets
- Identify areas of improvement and implement change within organization
- You will demonstrate strong sales skills with prior experience in a business development or sales role
- A background in IT recruitment and a well-developed knowledge of the recruitment methodology is essential and non-negotiable to succeed in this role
- Experience in building relationships at various levels, along with superior written and verbal communications skills and the ability to influence others is a must.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain healthy business relationships.
- Extreme accuracy and attention to detail
- Proven background in being able to achieve and exceed new business targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years Sales and Business Development Management experience
- An attractive salary package with uncapped commission will be negotiated for the successful candidate.
