- Inbound Sales and Technical Support Specialists to help customers establish and enhance their online presence by providing web-based technical support, product information, first-rate customer service and Selling products and services as per customer needs.

- Customer service oriented in a high pressured environment.
- Provide immediate Advanced Support via chat, and accompanying support via phone when necessary.
- Must possess methodical and deliberate troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail in troubleshooting and documentation.
- Determine course of action based on extremely complex issues in a time-pressured environment, often with only a portion of the information needed to fully analyze the issue
- Multi-task multiple issues between customers ranging over Windows and Linux platforms in .
- Dedicated and Virtual Dedicated environments.
- Strong knowledge of internet technology.
- Advanced Server Management – Windows & Linux, Various Control Panels.
- Advanced understanding of Wordpress development and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience Required :
- Accomplished experience selling and servicing technology products or services to small businesses and consumers is a strong plus.
- Ability to deliver stellar customer service while troubleshooting a technical support call.
