We are looking for HR Executivewho have minimum 1 year of experience in IT industry.
- Managing the complete recruitment life cycle.
- Develop and update job description and job specification.
- Managing the sourcing, searching the resume through portals & internet, publishing recruitment,job Posting and filtering the applications received.
- Short listing the resumes and interview coordination and recruitment of employees.
- Taking preliminary interviews and evaluating the candidate as per the job description, arrange second round of the interview with concerned HOD.
- Keeping a track of the attendance and Leave of the employees.
- Managing induction and on boarding.
- Making various kind of letters like offer letter, appointment letter etc.
- Organizing Events or Activities for employee engagement.
