- Target allocation to SE.
- Timely communication of targets and incentives to team members.
- Daily monitoring of DSR and SE wise sales tracking.
- SE wise account allocation and monitor extraction.
- Relationship management with Authorized signatory of allocated accounts.
- Permission for Desk activity .
- On the job training of the SE.
- Monitor and review of sales promotion.
- Tagging of new accounts.
