FineSoft Technologies looking for HR Executive/Intern/Trainee profile. Must have 6 Month to 1 year hands of experience in recruitment and Generalist profile.

Roles And Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and selection.
2. Salary distribution and handling payroll.
3. Maintenance of attendance and leave records.
4. Joining and Exit formalities which includes legal as well as official documentation and updating & maintenance of new as well as old employees database.
5. Providing offer letters and relieving letters.
6. Performance appraisal and taking care of increment.
7. Payment of arrears of previous months.
8. Maintaining payslips.
9. Managing Admin activities,
10. Maintenance of HR Register.
Timing- 11:30 am to 6:30 pm
Note- Second and fourth Sat are off, so kindly schedule your interview accordingly.
