Description

A Product Manager works with the Product Management & technology teams to perform challenging assignments, in order to converge consumer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives.

 

He/She will collaborate with stakeholders to formulate product definition, produce business case studies, prioritize responsibilities and ensure stakeholder unanimity. 

 

The successful candidate will create,elaborate product requirements and work closely with Consumer Knowledge, Design and Engineering teams to develop and deliver the product.

 

Skills:

1)Preferred course of study: Business studies with a personal inclination and basic understanding of technology. However, we are looking for a candidate with the right attitude, passion and dedication, educational background notwithstanding.

 

2)Exemplary communication skills ( both written and verbal) is mandatory.

 

3)Minute attention to detail, including the ability to analyze data to document requirements and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

 

4)Ability to perform in a fast-paced startup culture, where continuous innovation is a way of life

 

5)Demonstrated ability to obtain thorough understanding of our consumers, our business model, and the competitive scenario.

 

Responsibilities:

1) Building concepts for key products and services, pertaining to a specific market sector and being involved in product strategy development 

 

2)Develop business cases by collating the available data to produce expected outcome models.

 

3)Communicate and get a unanimous opinion on product plans and priorities with  internal and external stakeholders

 

4) Working closely with tech team, design, and program management to deliver products and services within time allocated.

 

5)Develop strong theories, independently solve problems, and disseminate innovative, disruptive insights for growth.
