Role: Customer Support Executive

Responsibility:

  • Coordinate With the Resort Manger and help in daily activities
  • Handle calls from the guests and rectify their queries
  • Prepare daily reports on bookings
  • Guide guests in room bookings

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge about Customer Service

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: Freshers / Experienced (Only Female Candidates)

Location: Chennai

Salary: Good Salary Package with Incentives

Office Timings: 10:00 AM-6:30 PM
